Granola Bars

1 c rolled oats

1 c dry muesli

½ c whole wheat flour or power flour

2 scoops of protein powder

½ c sunflower seeds

¼ c sesame seeds

¼ c almonds

1/3 c raisins

1/3 c dried cranberries

2 egg whites

3 tbsp agave nectar

3tbsp organic honey

3 tbsp safflower oil

½ tsp Nutmeg

½ tsp Cinnamon

Press all ingredients into a pan lined with parchment paper (8 inch square pan) Bake at 325 for 25 minutes – makes 16 bars

171 cal /fat 70, 8g (1 sat)/ 6g protein/ 23g carb 1.5g fiber/ sodium 20mg
