What to avoid
- Over processed food (white flour and sugar)
- Avoid chemically charged food
- Avoid food containing preservatives
- Avoid Artificial sugars
- Avoid artificial food (processed cheese slices)
- Avoid saturated fats and trans fats
- Avoid sugar loaded beverages incl pop and juices
- Avoid all calorie dense food containing little or no nutritional value
- Avoid super sizing your food
