What is Clean Eating?

CLEAN EATING IS

  • EAT more, 6 small meals a day
  • Have breakfast everyday within an hour of getting up
  • Eat a combination of lean protein and complex carbohydrates
  • Eat 2-3 serving of healthy fats everyday
  • drink 2-3L of water everyday
  • carry your own clean food from home…with your snacks
  • depend on fruit,vegetables, nutrients and enzymes
  • adhere to proper portion sizes

What to avoid

  • Over processed food (white flour and sugar)
  • Avoid chemically charged food
  • Avoid food containing preservatives
  • Avoid Artificial sugars
  • Avoid artificial food (processed cheese slices)
  • Avoid saturated fats and trans fats
  • Avoid sugar loaded beverages incl pop and juices
  • Avoid all calorie dense food containing little or no nutritional value
  • Avoid super sizing your food
