Health and Fitness are always up near  the top of the list we create to make every  New Year a better one than the last.

So you made the decision….now what?

FIRST…Set yourself some short-term goals that support your long-term Resolution and prioritize them write them down…put them someplace where you are going to see them regularly…day timer, on the to do list, on the fridge

SECOND…sit down and set out a detailed plan of what you are going to do to meet these short-term goals…be realistic and you will have better success include a time frame,  and three actions (Zumba class with Giselle, weight training,.. when, how often, now long) you are going to do towards meeting the short-term goals in that time frame…be specific…need help I am always available and the Weight conscious group is a great support system (Wednesday at 9am or Thursday at 7pm)

THIRD…take action.  If you use a calendar, blackberry, day timer…Schedule appointments with yourself for your fitness- time, place, length of time, what you will do.  If you need help…consider a Personal Trainer to get you started, set up a new program/schedule, or just to keep you honest…start asking around and make an appointment.making them as important as all other appointment is what will lead to your success.

NOW GET STARTED….why wait?  start today and take steps towards meeting your fitness goals.
