Spreading the Zumba! NEW class at Capital City Dance in the westend of Ottawa
What is Zumba? It is merging of latin and international rhythms with basic dance steps to create a fun and effective workout filled with laughter, energy and a whole lot of shaking and shimmying.
Westgate Shopping Center introduced a new dance studio “Capital City Dance” this fall and now Ellefitness will be expanding and offering a Zumba class Wednesday morning at 9:30am starting November 25th,2009. Your first class is always free…so come one, come all and try Zumba with Giselle.
