Zumba appeals to many, regardless of mobility. This week, Granite Ridge in Stittsville will be introduced to chair Zumba. Chair Zumba accommodates those restricted to a wheelchair, those with balance limitations or even those who lack the strength in their lower limbs to stand for extended periods of time but still allows them to move and enjoy the experience as a group. And hopefully it will also provide a little joy, and induce some memories from their days of dancing
