Get started package (Fitness/goal assessment, Personalized fitness program/schedule, program teaching session and a follow up session) $250

1 Month mini package (4 – 1hr sessions) $225

1 Month Full package (8 -1 hr sessions) $425

3 month package (24 -1 hr sessions) $1200 (paid monthly)

Fitness Assessment (fitness testing/lifestyle assessment) $75

Pay as you go per 1 hr session $60
